Mobilis Networks can provide support for the development and customization of applications and services, including call flows, menu trees, voice prompt development, recording and implementation. Custom Engineering is not included in any Support Plan.

The Customer may request Custom Engineering services by providing Mobilis Networks with a detailed description of the work to be performed (i.e. feature specification for a new feature, call flow diagram for a call flow, etc). Mobilis Networks will review the request and provide the Customer with a price quotation for the services.
